Terms and Conditions
Ordering
Orders can be placed via the downloadable order form, email or telephone. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been placed.
Payment
For first-time customers payment is to be made on delivery either by telephone (credit/debit card) or via BACS (preferred). Orders placed thereafter are 30 days.
Delivery
I will dispatch your order as soon as possible but you will usually receive it within 2 to 3 weeks of placing your order but please do allow for busy periods such as Christmas. If you do need the items urgently please telephone and I will do my best to accommodate.
Postage and Packing
Smaller items and lighter weight packages are posted 2nd class recorded delivery with Royal Mail to UK mainland.
Bulk items are sent via a courier – usually ParcelForce where a signature is required also to UK mainland. Overseas postage will be calculated as required.
Recycled packaging will be used wherever possible.
Returns
I will refund or exchange items that you are not happy with within 5 days of receipt. They must be returned in their original condition with original packaging (cellophane sleeves for prints and cards). If you are using a courier or Royal Mail to return items please obtain a proof of posting receipt for loss or damage in transit which I can not be held responsible for. The original delivery charge and return postage will only be paid if the items have proved faulty.
Prints and Greetings Cards
Board and paper used in the various processes are FSC certified. If you require the loan of a card spinner then I ask that you place a minimum of 2 orders a year of either 75 cards for the floor spinner or 25 cards for the table top spinner plus a £20 deposit. The deposit is refundable on the return of the spinner as long as it is good condition. P&P is to be covered by yourselves.
Sale or Return – only available on original artworks
If you are returning unsold items to me the postage and packing will be covered by yourselves. If the item is damaged while on your premises the trade price is to be paid. A time scale must be given by yourselves for exhibiting the item at your outlet.
Privacy
All information collected when placing an order ie name, address, email, telephone number, card details etc will not be passed to any third party and will remain with Lou Stafford, Artist for the duration of our business.
